If you purchased an item(s) thru our www.buysiennaproducts.com website and it doesn't fit your needs, we will be happy to issue you a full refund for the purchase price. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, please see our warranty service page.
• You must return your product purchase within 60 days after purchase
• Products must be in good condition or like new and in the original box and/or shipping packaging
• We do not accept excessively used and dirty products for refunds
You will get your refund as soon as our Returns Department receives your return.
How to Return
To make the return process efficient, please follow the below procedure:
- Place all items related to your product inside the original box and/or packaging
- Insert a copy or your receipt in the box
- Put your order number on the outside of the box as your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number followed by the month and day shipped (ie. order number-1228)

- Take your package to your local shipping store. Be sure to get a tracking no. or insure your package as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
We will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item if all the items for the product are included in the box, the product is in good condition, a copy of your receipt is given and it is in the original box and/or packaging.
If you mailed your package back to us, and you haven't received your refund yet, don't panic. You'll get it. It generally takes about 3-5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed. When your account is refunded, you will get an email confirmation.
