Shipping and Delivery Terms

All deliveries to locations in the United States are shipped from one of several warehouses or fulfillment centers located in the United States. While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we ask all customers to allow us 3-10 days for delivery even though an order may be delivered in quicker time. Once an order is placed into our database, it takes time to process in fulfillment and ship out. Anvid Products, Inc. reserves the right to use any shipping method we deem necessary. Generally, UPS Ground and the United States Postal Service are our two most common shipping carriers used. Please be aware that neither UPS nor the United States Postal Service will require a signature for delivery. Unless you are told otherwise by Anvid Products, Inc. representative, your order will be left at the doorstep of the shipping address. If you require specific delivery instructions, we highly recommend calling our customer service department to place your order. A shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders. The shipping and handling cost is a non-negotiable flat rate fee that covers the cost of postage as well as handling and packaging costs.
Please be advised that if you choose an expedited shipping method at an additional cost, your order still has to process through fulfillment. The expedited service starts at the time your package is shipped.
If a delivery is refused by the customer without authorization from Anvid Products, Inc., a fee for return shipment and/or a restocking fee may be applied to any subsequent request for a refund.

Backorder Policy

If an item is on backorder, it may not be noted at If a backordered item is ordered, we will do our best to contact the customer but cannot make any guarantee. If you are concerned your order may be on backorder, please contact us and we will give you its current status.
Generally, the customer will not be charged for a backordered item until it is available for shipment. If in-stock items are ordered with a backordered item, the customer will be charged for all in-stock items as well as full shipping and handling for the order. Once the backordered item becomes in-stock, the customer will only be charged for the particular item with no additional shipping and handling costs.
Priority/Rush Processing- Priority Processing will ensure that your product is shipped first based upon available inventory. Priority Processing places your order in queue before all existing standard processing orders for the same products.
Multi Payments- Anvid Products offers multiple payment options for some of our products. Your purchase can be divided into equal payments that are spread out over a predetermined period of time with the shipping, handling and tax added to the first of these payments. Multi payment options vary depending on the product purchased and are offered during the final checkout process. Multi payments are not available on all Anvid Products.

Payment Method: You (Customer) are personally liable for any order that you place at or by phone. We currently accept Credit Cards & Debit Card via web site or telephone. In addition, we are not responsible for any overdraft fees or other bank charges you may incur as a result of your purchase. It is your responsibility to retain all records of your purchase in the event that it may be needed in the future.

Change in personal information: Should any personal information necessary to fulfill your order changes, after the time your order was placed (such as billing address, shipping address, or phone number), it is your responsibility to contact us with updated information. If your order is returned to us because you provided incorrect shipping information, you may be subjected to a return shipment fee. We highly recommend double-checking all information you submit before finalizing your order. Anvid Products, Inc. reserves the right to store your personal information given to us in our database for business purposes.

Order confirmation: We require an email address to send order and shipping confirmations. Your order confirmation will reflect the items ordered and the total amount to be charged.

Sales Tax: Anvid Products, Inc. will not charge sales tax for any order unless the order is placed to ship to a California address. If your order is shipping to a California address, an appropriate sales tax will be added to your order. The sales tax may not be reflected on your emailed order confirmation. Even if the sales tax is not included on the order confirmation, you are still liable for this amount, if applicable.

International Orders

Currently, Anvid Products, Inc. is only setup to ship within the United States.

Return Policy
If you purchased an item(s) thru our website and it doesn't fit your needs, we will be happy to issue you a full refund for the purchase price. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, please see our warranty service page.

• You must return your product purchase within 60 days after purchase

• Products must be in good condition or like new and in the original box and/or shipping packaging

• We do not accept excessively used and dirty products for refunds

You will get your refund as soon as our Returns Department receives your return.

How to Return
To make the return process efficient, please follow the below procedure:

  • Place all items related to your product inside the original box and/or packaging
  • Insert a copy or your receipt in the box
  • Put your order number on the outside of the box as your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number followed by the month and day shipped (ie. order number-1228)

  • Take your package to your local shipping store. Be sure to get a tracking no. or insure your package as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

We will issue a refund to the card that was used to pay for the item if all the items for the product are included in the box, the product is in good condition, a copy of your receipt is given and it is in the original box and/or packaging.
If you mailed your package back to us, and you haven't received your refund yet, don't panic. You'll get it. It generally takes about 3-5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed. When your account is refunded, you will get an email confirmation. Defective or Wrong Item Received

It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 7 days after delivery if a defective or incorrect item was received. If we are not contacted until after the 30-day period regarding a defective or correct item received, the customer will not be eligible for a replacement.
